Windows Users: it is recommended to use Windows Media Player or Quicktime with Explorer 6 with the most recent version of Media Player or FireFox. The video clip should start up while the whole file is streaming (downloading).
Macintosh Users: it is recommended to use Quicktime with Firefox or Safari which will both open a small window to play the video clip which will start up while it is streaming (downloading). If you use Explorer it will download the whole video clip before starting.
Connection Speed: It is highly recommended to use a Broadband connection (DSL, Cable or T1). If you connect through a modem, use the Dial Up Modem 56K options listed above. The Broadband connection files (video clips) will have a larger picture and better sound than the dial up connection files (video clips). To support the dial up connections the file size must be much smaller which affects the quality of the video image, size of the video image, and sound of the video clip.
